Online Banking

AgHeritage Farm Credit Services is pleased to provide Online Banking capabilities.  This service provides access to account information (loan and financial related services) via the internet 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Online Baking will also provide automated payment and disbursement options.

For access to Online Banking, a request for account activation is required.  The request can be made either online or via telephone.  Account activation requires overnight processing for completion.  Once the activation process is completed, Online Banking users will need to complete an online registration by clicking on the “Register Now” button.  Online registration includes the completion of an account profile which contains your customer (CIF ) number and your social security number/tax payer ID.

You will be asked to select your own username and password (must be 8 characters).  The system will notify you if the username you select already exists.  In this case, you will need to choose another username.  Remember your username and password for future sessions; however, we would discourage you not to write this information down for security purposes.  Once you have setup your username and password, click the “Continue” button.  Note:   username and password are case sensitive (i.e. farmer3 is different than FARMER3 or Farmer3).

Registration is complete and you are now logged into Online Banking.  You now have access to account information (loan inquiry), related financial services information (insurance) and online statements.  For future sessions, click the Online Banking link and login with your username and password.

If you are already a registered user and want to further activate your accounts for performing secure transactions over the internet, perform the following steps.

  1. Sign and submit an electronic funds transfer (EFT) agreement along with a copy of a voided check or deposit ticket.  This agreement can be used for your AgHeritage FCS accounts and your accounts at other financial institutions.  The EFT form can be printed from our website or can be obtained from your local bank.  The form can be submitted to your local branch office or faxed to (501) 301-8187.

  2. To ensure customer privacy, an AgHeritage FCS employee will contact you to verify the EFT agreement.

  3. Upon completion of the EFT setup, click on “Request ACH Transactions” and perform the following transactions:

NOTE: All tranactions will post one day after the transaction date.

If you have any questions call your local AgHeritage FCS branch office during regular business hours.
